Less is more which is why we believe in a keep it simple strategy. There are a lot of talkers, but not enough listeners or doers. Many traditional marketing and advertising agencies will give you an a la carte menu with no real thought behind creating strategic marketing plans and executing on it. They don’t really care to know about your passion, your story, your pain points, your budget, and instead stick you with an account manager who is responsible for retaining and upselling. Agencies like this don’t care to understand the type of customer you want to reach, engage, and have conversations with because they haven’t made the switch from push marketing to a customer-centric relationship approach to marketing and sales. We often tell people we don’t get paid to create. We get paid to listen, educate and formulate ideas that make good business sense. We will be with you every step of the way because in our industry where creative services is a commodity, superior client service is one of our key differentiators. It might be cliche, but we practice what we preach.

We are marketing technologists. Sigma Creative is a creative, marketing, and technology company. The word “creative” doesn’t just apply to our content development and design skills. Creative describes the way we look for solutions, and it is not about pushing the latest hardware or software (aka Shiny Object Syndrome). While it’s important to be decisive in a world that’s marked by rapid advancement and globalization, it’s also important to take time to separate the high-tech from the hyperbole.
Our job is to help our clients take advantage of opportunities and solve problems, and sometimes that means that we disagree with our clients or make recommendations for solutions and services that we don’t offer. We like to consider ourselves well rounded, but unlike other firms, we will be the first to admit we are not the best at everything even though we strive for it. We consider the clients needs above our own no matter if the solution is in house or not. We have a can do attitude and don’t like words or phrases like; “don’t know”, “no”, “can’t” and “won’t.” It is our job to know and if we don’t have the answer, we make it our duty to find it out. We may experience some growing pains in the onset, but the trust we build is priceless.
We are very passionate about our “work” and nothing gives us more of a sense of accomplishment than knowing we have helped a client reach their goals. If we did not absolutely love what we do we would not be in this business and the highs and lows that comes with it. It is this passion that drives us to be, Sigma Creative.
